What makes a professional cake company?

I think a professional company will listen to you, will guide you. If you're stuck will offer suggestions. If you know exactly what you want and they are able to do it, they're gonna come out and say, yes, we can absolutely do this for you. So I think it's really important to be a professional company. You're an honest company and you're able to really give some advice when it's needed. I think that's really what makes a best professional company.
How do you customize your desserts for the people?

A professional company will customize a dessert bite for a couple by listening to what they have to say. If you're looking for a three, a four, even a five tiered wedding cake, and that's something in your heart, then that company will absolutely listen to that and say, yes, we can, no, we can't. If you're looking for specific flowers in your cupcake designs, again, that is something that's really important to listen to the couple about.
Explain the delivery process for cakes.

A cake can either be, if we're talking about a tiered cake, which is a small cake on top of a bigger cake, on top of a bigger cake, that's a tiered cake is what we're talking about. It can either be built on site, it might also deliver a cake already put together, already tiered for you, and then do any final touches.
Can you make a fake cake?

Many companies will offer tiers in a cake that are either fake and or real. So, you might have a company that offers a five tiered cake where two of the cake tiers are fake, it's styrofoam and decorated that way, or the other ones are real. You might have a cake company that offers a tiered cake that has a small spot in the back that is a real cake only, and the rest is all fake. It really depends on the cake company and what they're comfortable doing and how much they can customize that to the couple as well.
How soon should you book your cake?

A couple should book their cake and really any other vendor, as soon as you have your date and your venue. The second that happens, please start reaching out to everybody because all of our things we book up, we can only take a certain number of cakes per weekend or per day. So we want to make sure that you're going to get the best cakes for you. That way you know you have the top tier people that you're looking for for your special day.
