Vendor Interview
Tracy Jenkins Photography
About
I planned my own wedding in 2012 and was completely overwhelmed with choices! With so many vendor options, how do you even decide? Luckily, I had already been photographing weddings for 3 years. During that time I was able to meet so many people that I trusted to help me with my day!
My trust in them was definitely put to the test. Our wedding had a last-minute venue change because of the weather, my photographer had to have emergency surgery, and the time-line was useless because of new travel times. My vendors were rockstars and all helped me keep my wedding on track. It ended up being an amazing day!
I want all my couples to trust me the same way and know that I have their backs. I love being able to help you figure out your timeline and make the most of every minute! Crazy things happen on wedding days. At this point, I’ve seen it all! We’ll stay in touch during the whole planning process as well as after. We work together to plan your album and choose the best products for your home together. I’m here to help keep you calm, keep you on time, and provide you with amazing images from the day.

Hi, I am Tracy from Tracy Jenkins Photography. A couple of things separate me, one is the products and one is the service that you're going to get. I, in particular offer a same-day slideshow that you actually get to take home with you the night of your wedding. It goes on a small video player that's customized with your name, with your date, and you get to take it home so you immediately have those images.
I also will pretty much do anything in my power to make sure that your day runs smoothly. Three months before the wedding, I send a Go-to kit for my clients. That includes things like hairspray and teeth flossers, you know, just in case things that you might need during the day of. I'm constantly keeping up to date with the newest trends, fully versed on being able to use off-camera flash, which is huge for creating these big dramatic images, but also for getting the lighting right for any type of situation. If we're in a dark church or in a dark hotel room, it's still going to look like a bright happy day.
Booking a wedding with me is super simple. We either meet in person in my studio or we can meet over Zoom if that's more practical for you. And then the whole booking process is online from start to finish, and you actually end up with a client portal after you book everything. So you can see your contract, you can see your questionnaires, and everything is accessible to you the entire time. And I'm always available through phone or text. The most it's ever been is like a 24-hour turnaround, and I'm back in touch with you and we're moving forward with the day.
I take a very limited number of weddings each year. Only 15 to 20, absolutely. I spend so much time with my couple that taking more than that is too much. I'm not giving you the quality and the attention that you really deserve. This is a big day for you guys. Product is super important for my company and for my business. So I offer custom wedding albums for every single package that I have. I also really highly feature wall art in my business. I offer metal prints, gallery framed, and those come in a variety of sizes so that they can fit any place in your house. My end goal for me and my client is to have a good time. A lot of my clients, we end up friends afterward. I get to watch them progress and have kids, and I'm there so that you have a good time and you feel safe, and you know that someone's on your side.
