Her professionalism, timeliness, expertise, advice and artistic eye for detail was simply a pleasure when creating the vision I had for my daughter’s bridal shower. My daughter and I were thrilled. Vanessa is absolutely amazing- I am not sure how people get married without her!! A friend of mine recommended her to me for invitations and she ended up doin our signage, table numbers/ day of rentals and day of coordinating. Vanessa is a true event magician! She brought my bridal shower vision to life from the stunning pink, orange, and yellow color palette to the citrus details, lemons, oranges, and an overall dreamy Italian summer vibe. The florals were absolutely stunning!!! I still can’t get over how beautiful they were. Every detail, from the custom invites to the signage and setup, was flawless. My shower was truly everything I dreamed of and MORE. She was also my day-of coordinator for my wedding and truly went above and beyond. From 6 a.m. on, she was available and ready for anything. She picked up our LED sign we forgot at home, fixed my incorrectly made veil so it would stay in place, fanned us off in the humidity, used pliers to repair a broken heel strap, and perfectly arranged my dress for every photo. Vanessa also created beautiful seating cards, styled our memorial table and audio guest book display with care, and brought every extra detail: bar signage, favor signs, table numbers, and more. She handled every vendor communication so I didn’t have to lift a finger that day. She was my calm, my voice, and my behind-the-scenes hero. If you want someone who will go above and beyond to make your event flawless, Vanessa is the one.

I cannot imagine planning a wedding without Vanessa by my side. From the moment we connected, she provided me a timeline of what should be completed and by when. I never felt behind or overwhelmed because Vanessa made sure to keep me on track. She suggested vendors, talked through design/overall vibe ideas, answered any and all questions promptly, and not to mention her inventory is to die for – fits all and any style you are going for! Her invitations are stunning, and she works within your budget. Now, the day of – WOW! The pre planning with Vanessa was a dream, but the day of she simply blew me away. Like any wedding day we had minor hiccups that I did not even know about because Vanessa quickly responded and solved them. Because we had worked together for months prior, she knew my concerns and made sure my venue was executing all that we had discussed. Overall, I cannot recommend Pumpkinly Prints enough.. I can honestly say that she was the main reason my dream wedding was executed so perfectly.. no stress, beautiful details, and 24/7 support.
