Jaime Nelson has owned Eventfully Planned for almost 17 years! She grew up in the hospitality industry where she started working summers at the age of 12 at The New York Yacht Club – Harbour Court in Newport RI. She brings over 30 years of experience to the table.
Jaime works with couples from all over the United States to help them plan a full wedding weekend largely in the Rhode Island wedding market. Although a handful of her clients are Rhode Island and Massachusetts based most of her clients are not from the geographical area of their wedding location and rely on Jaime to act as the liaison between them and their wedding vendors. This ensures a seamless and enjoyable planning experience.

CUSTOM FULL PLANNING –
With this package, I take you through the whole event planning process from the very beginning to the very last planned event of your wedding weekend. I assist with items including but not limited to: a complete “to do” list , venue and vendor research, contract negotiations, scheduling appointments, securing guest room accommodations, proper etiquette and other duties as necessary. This package includes unlimited in person consultations.
DAY OF EVENT COORDINATION – *Booked within 3 months of a particular wedding. I do not commit to this outside of the 3 month window. Please email me for availability.
With this package, you do the planning and I execute the wedding day. I meet you at the ceremony location the day before the wedding and will execute the ceremony rehearsal, either by myself or alongside the officiant or other designated person. The day of the wedding, I am with you from while you are getting hair and makeup done until the very end of the event, where I will pack up all your wedding related items and return them to your hotel. During the day, I am doing tasks that include but not limited to: laying out your dress/shoes/jewlery and other props for the photographer, making sure the vendors are on time and accounted for, managing the wedding day agenda and doing other tasks so your friends and family do not have to worry about them. This package includes (1) in person planning meeting, a complete wedding day timeline and I will also call all your vendors within two weeks of your wedding to introduce myself as your day of coordinator and confirm all the wedding day details.
REMOTE WEDDING PLANNING AND TIMELINE DEVELOPMENT –
This service is for the bride or groom (anywhere in the United States or World) who needs wedding planning consultation and/or timeline development . This is a planning service that is done remotely via skype, facetime or phone calls. This package is for the couple that needs some guidance but does not necessarily need a planner on site the day of the wedding. They may feel overwhelmed with prioritizing their to do list or developing a wedding day timeline. I am a firm believer that if a wedding day has a good plan… it will run itself.
