Frosted Swirl Cupcakes is a company built on the passion of baking. When you love what you do it shows in the end result. Using the highest quality ingredients, I give classic flavors a modern twist to produce truly delicious cupcakes that are perfect for your special occasion. All cupcakes and frostings are made from scratch and baked fresh to order.

I am a completely mobile bakery. I am licensed and insured to do all of my baking from my residential kitchen. I am a one person show and I bake & decorate everything and deliver & set up.  I have a “Cupcake van” which has refrigerators in the back to ensure your cupcakes arrive safety to your venue no matter what the weather.

Cupcakes

​I offer standard size cupcakes (which range between $30-$32 per dozen).  I always suggest on planning for 1 cupcake per person and rounding up to the next dozen.  It is suggested offering up to 4 flavors for your guests or more depending on your final guest count.  Additionally I offer mini cupcakes (which range from $15-$16 per dozen). If these will be your only dessert offering I suggest offering 2 per person.  Based upon the guest count I recommend 4-6 flavors for your guests. (A larger wedding I would suggest 6-8 flavors).

Cakes

I also offer cutting cakes for the traditional cutting of the cake ceremony.  The Couple may provide their own cake topper if they wish or their florist may supply flowers for the cake.  Price will vary by design.

Dessert Tables

​Dessert tables have become increasingly popular and is a great way to offer a variety of sweet treats.  From cookies, cheesecake bites, dessert bars, it gives your guest an opportunity to satisfy their sweet tooth in many ways!

​$3.25 per guest

This is based on 2 mini desserts per guest.

For example, if you have a 100 guest wedding, this would include 200 pieces of mini desserts. The cost would be $325 (excluding meals tax).

75-99 guest wedding-Up to 6 mini dessert choices

100-199 guest wedding-Up to 8 mini dessert choices

200+ guest wedding-Up to 10 mini dessert choices

Flavor signs are included.

Mini desserts include mini cupcakes, cookies, dessert bars, cheesecake shooters, cheesecake bars, brownies & whoopie pies.  Please refer to my menu listed on my website for flavor choices.

Dessert Displays

​I have several displays that are available for rental.  However the couple is more then welcome to provide their own displays.  The rental fee is a flat fee of $50 regardless of how many pieces rented.

Delivery Fee

​The Delivery fee is based on location of your venue.  If you decide to rent one of the display I offer you may either return it to me within 3 days of the wedding or I can come back to pick it up.  If I am returning, I will include that in the delivery fee.

Tastings

I offer tasting packs for a $25 fee (for weddings 75+ guests).  The tasting pack includes 12 mini cupcakes in my most popular flavors baker selected.  I try to hold tasting pack events every other month however it may vary based on demand.

​​Deposits & Payment

A $100 deposit is required to hold the date for your event.  The $100 will be credited towards your final balance due.  Final flavor decisions and guest count is due when your RSVP’s are in.  The final payment is required 2 weeks in advance of your event.
