Despite some rain, it was LIT! ITS LIT was very professional, they set up and picked up the letter lights at the end of the night as planned, on time. They were easy to work with & communicated efficiently. The lights were the perfect backdrop to pictures and even provided some fun with the lights “dancing” with the beat of the DJ! Highly recommend!

We used It’s Lit for marquee letter rentals at our event and they crushed it. The letters looked amazing, were super clean, bright, and made the perfect photo moment for guests. Our Marquee letters were a perfect backdrop and focal point of a wonderful 55th anniversary celebration that took place at Harbor Lights in Warwick, RI last week. Thank you for the ease of booking, set-up and pick-up. Our guests enjoyed the opportunity to be photographed behind the letters as well. It truly added to the festivities and event decor. Alex was extremely thorough during the planning process. He provided forms to complete ahead of time so all of the information was organized and scheduled a phone call to talk through details for the day of. He showed up early to set up and was available throughout the night with any questions or requests we had. He does a fantastic job keeping guests dancing and enjoying the night. Interview Transcript

My name's Alex Brown, and I'm the owner of Its Lit Weddings and Events. One of the big things that makes us unique is the fact that we have such a wide range of services. Specifically, we are very well known for our marquee letters. We have by far the largest range that you can find anywhere because we have both three-foot and now four-foot letters, numbers, symbols—basically anything you can dream of, we probably have it.

We also do audio guest book rentals, which is the telephone that you can pick up and leave a message for the bride and groom, and then they get all those messages in a nice digital gallery after the wedding. We are heavily involved with the latest decor trends on both TikTok and Instagram, which is why we continue to add to our range of services to keep up to date as things change because decor is a pretty fast-moving industry.

I have always had a very Type A, very organized, very deep attention to detail. I'm very nitpicky about the little things, and in my opinion, that's exactly what you want in a decor professional. I go as far as wiping down the marquee letters with a microfiber cloth to make sure there's no dust or dirt, especially after they go outdoors, even though you might not actually see those things. I like to make sure that they're as clean as they possibly can be.

Another thing that we do that's really important, and a lot of wedding coordinators appreciate, is we leave extra light bulbs with our marquee letters. I don't think we've ever actually had bulbs on marquee letters go out during an event, but it's very important that they're there just in case something like that happens. The people who work for me go through rigorous training to make sure they can meet my standards, ensuring that all those little details are perfect.

Our ultimate goal for the customer experience is to have every single customer that we work with feel like they were communicated with well. It's our job to make sure that everything is perfect, and ultimately, we just want to make sure that their wedding day is perfect, especially those photos they're going to be taking with our decor.
