From the moment we received our first set of bridal candid photos, we knew we had made the right choice with Jamal and Lashana Burley. They didn’t just photograph our wedding — they captured our vision with such precision, creativity, and emotion that words hardly do it justice.

The Burleys’ attention to detail and thoughtful approach to each shot was evident in every frame. Their work went far beyond expectations — meticulous setups, flawless timing, and an artistic eye that brought our entire day to life in photos.

Lashana was more than just a photographer — she was a calming presence, a timeline genius, and at one point, even a stand-in wedding planner who helped me into my dress! Her support throughout the day made everything smoother and less stressful.

Their communication before, during, and after the wedding was clear, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find people who are as passionate about your day as you are, and that’s exactly who the Burleys are.

Jamal and Lashana are the BEST and working with them was so much fun. They are beyond talented and I’m so glad they shot our engagement and wedding in Newport, RI. They are communicative, detail oriented, and care deeply about their clients. They know how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and capture the best pictures! Not only are Jamal and Lashana amazing photographers, but amazing people as well.
