Oceancliff is a mansion on Ocean Drive built in the late 1800s. Hi, my name is Kate DeCosta. I’m the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for the Newport Experience and I’ve been working at Oceancliff since 1996.

We like to call Oceancliff one stop shopping because everything that you need for the perfect event is right here within our four walls. The crown jewel of the property is obviously the ballroom. It’s a beautiful 3,200 square foot ballroom with hardwood floors, with a full ocean view. You can also see the bridge off to the right and when its lit up at night, it’s the most beautiful sight.

Our award-winning ceremony site is pristine. It overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Newport Bridge. It's a gorgeous, gorgeous site to get married. If Mother Nature doesn't cooperate or if you're here in the winter, the indoor setting is just as breathtaking. We have 24 guest rooms here.

We have a gatehouse located at the entrance to the driveway. It has four guest rooms as well as a large kitchen. Perfect place for the bridal party to get ready. Our luxury suites are nice and big for everyone to get ready in. We offer a bridal brunch menu while people are getting their hair and makeup done. It's a whole day affair. We've been voted best wedding venue many, many times over the last 25 years. The best compliment we can get is when our guests return 5, 10, 15 years later and say that people are still talking about their wedding day. Once you're married with us, you're always part of our family.

We like the planning to go smoothly. We have trained professionals that are here to help you every step of the way. Our success comes from the fact that we have a product for every budget. You tell us what you'd like to spend and we will tell you what dates we have available for you. We only do one wedding per day, so you are our entire focus. One of the pluses of Oceancliff is that you don't have to travel around Newport to look for photography spots. We have great locations for photography here. We have great locations for a first look. Gorgeous vistas and backdrops everywhere you look.

Your guests will love to be on our patio all day long. There are fire pits out there. They will love to sit out there and have a private moment overlooking the gorgeous, gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our staff is in-house, so you're getting the A-Team every night.
