I am Elise Shratraw. I am the Senior Catering Sales Manager here at Graduate Providence. Graduate Providence is a full-service hotel. When you first come into our entrance, we have a gorgeous lobby staircase that's very popular for wedding party photos. We have Poindexter’s Cafe which is our daily cafe. We also have Reiner's Restaurant, which is also very popular for guests to enjoy lunch or dinner as well as after parties. They also do offer two Top Golf Swing Suites which is really popular for a fun activity. We have the Norwich Spa which is also located right in the lobby as well. 292 guest rooms, two lovely ballrooms, as well as other function spaces that are ideal for other parties. Welcome receptions, post-wedding breakfast buffets, rehearsal dinners. There's a number of different other activities that we can offer you here at the hotel.
It's very convenient that if you're interested in doing a reception as well as ceremony here on site, you can get dressed and ready here at the hotel. Spend the night, you can spend the entire weekend. If you decide you prefer a church wedding, there's a number of churches within easy distance of the hotel, but again making us your central location. Many of our staff have been here for many years. We have excellent cuisine. Our catering staff strives to exceed every couple's expectation at every wedding that we do. We want you to see our hotel in person to be able to really feel the ambiance, the historic nature, and what we have to offer here at the hotel. We like to have you do our wedding prelude, which is our tasting event that we offer to all of our couples where you can sample a nice item from our menu to help you choose your menu. I'll also work with you through the planning process. If you need any referrals for other vendors, you need any help or suggestions with any questions that you have, I am here to help you with that. With Graduate Providence we do offer some unique venue spaces, particularly up on our 17th floor which offers a great view of downtown Providence.
