Hi, my name is Ellen Puccetti and I'm from Wright’s Dairy Farm and Bakery in North Smithfield, Rhode Island.
Here at Wright’s Dairy Farm, we're a fourth-generation business. We've been decorating cakes and making cakes for over 40 years. As the new generation comes into the business, we're pairing our expertise and knowledge with their fresh ideas and talent, and we think that that is a winning combination.
Our bakery here is a full line of products. We offer the standard vanilla cake, chocolate cake, and marble cake. Probably the most unique thing is that we offer real whipped cream topping, which is something that is signature to our bakery because of our herd of dairy cows that we have. We can use it as a strawberry shortcake and have it available for sheet cakes to serve your guests.
We offer boxed samples that you can take home and try, so they're take-home tastings. We offer cupcakes if you want to do an assortment of flavored cupcakes, and it gives you an opportunity to try these samples at your convenience in your home with maybe some other family members that want to be involved.
It's really important to us to have quality ingredients to source quality ingredients and make sure that the products we’re making are of the highest quality ingredients.
I'm so proud of my team. We have six decorators, and it varies the amount of experience they have, the talent that they have, and the skills they have, but they all are in agreement on one thing: they want to make sure that they're providing the best quality and techniques that are available out there.
What motivates me is meeting all of the couples and then seeing those couples come back after and maybe ordering their child's first birthday cake, and just being part of all those milestone events is something that I just love doing and love being a part of, and have for a long time.
Because we are a full-line bakery, it really allows us to offer all kinds of different things. Thank you so much for considering us here at Wright's Dairy Farm. We look forward to working with you soon.
