The app he provided leading up to the wedding was so easy to use and made the planning process incredibly simple. We were able to easily choose and organize all of the songs we wanted, which made us feel confident that our music preferences were taken care of well before the big day.

I can not truly express my gratitude and thankfulness enough in this review. In short, Luis went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations we had for DJ/MC services at our wedding. From the beginning, everything was easy, organized, and straightforward. Luis was very flexible with scheduling a time to meet and always answered promptly when we had any questions before the wedding. 2-3 weeks before the wedding, we had a meeting where we went over every single detail thoroughly to make sure everything was correct (including each song for formalities, name pronunciation, timeline, etc.) The day of the wedding, he approached us immediately, went over last minute details and just made us so comfortable. Now let’s get to the fun part….. he executed every single detail, song, timeline perfectly. He even made sure to keep my husband and I in check throughout the night when we would get carried away with chit chatting to make sure we stayed on track with the timeline WE wanted :). The best part of the night arguably was the music and dance floor atmosphere. We had so many guests coming up to tell us “this is the best wedding we have ever been too!”. All because the music was popping, the dance floor never died, and the atmosphere was electric. Thank you so much Luis and Xtremesoundzdj for the most memorable night of our lives. Using Xtreme Soundz DJ was the best decision we made for our wedding day! We received so many compliments about how good the music was, how smoothly our day went/how it was organized, and what an excellent MC he was. Luis has the greatest energy and enthusiasm. At any chance he got, he hyped up our bridal party and our guests to ensure everyone had a blast. We had a diverse crowd of people, and I was nervous about how the music choices would appeal to everyone, but Luis mixed songs so perfectly and thoughtfully that I realized quickly I had nothing to worry about! Luis Mota is an absolute rockstar – he lit up our wedding ALL NIGHT absolutely killed it. He was very straight forward to the point during the planning process but my favorite thing about him is that he cares about every little detail – things we didnt even know were important, Luis brought them to our attention. I would book him 10x over again. From the photo booth, to the music ,to the little video after the wedding, Luis and his team are 10/10 in my book.

Xtreme Soundz DJ was an absolute pleasure to work with during the wedding planning process. Luis was professional, easy to work with, and extremely organized. He has an app where we could enter our song choices while also giving us options for each category. He kept the dance floor packed and the music was a great blend of both myself and my husband’s taste. We ended up spending the extra money for the uplighting and we are so happy that we did, it completely transformed the room. He was able to change the colors throughout the night and it was beautiful. He was very accommodating and easily adjusted to changes I made that night (not tossing the bouquet, only having the cake cutting for the immediate family). Xtreme Soundz was the DJ for our August wedding and there are only good things to say about them as a team! Don’t get me wrong… when we initially booked with Xtreme Soundz and found out that Luis was not available to do our wedding, we were a little hesitant to book with Andrew since he was new to the Xtreme Soundz team, but on our wedding day, Andrew did not disappoint! Both, Luis and Andrew, were a part of the planning process from the beginning and made sure that everything was going to run smoothly the day of.  During the planning process they used the app Vibo, which was an extremely convenient way for us to add songs to our wedding playlist and input other useful information so that they could create a timeline. On our wedding day, Andrew was professional, enthusiastic, and personable. He played most of the songs on our playlist as well as requests that were made by our guests to keep the party going all night. Andrew took every step to ensure that our wedding night was everything that we could’ve dreamed of and that not a minute was wasted. We got married on 12/8/23 with DJ Luis Mota as our DJ. What a night! We met Luis at our cousins wedding last year in September. We were so impressed with his set up and cocktail hour music, I decided to ask for his card and see how the reception music went.
